SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Shipping relates to online orders only.
Buyer is responsible for all associated shipping charges. Online orders that amount to $200 or more receive free shipping within Australia (excluding the postcodes in the link below).
Online orders that amount to $199 or less incur a $29 flat fee within Australia regardless of quantities ordered (excluding the postcodes in the link below).
Shipping costs include delivery within 5 - 10 working days (Outback areas may take a little longer) of payment being received / processed but in most cases deliveries occur within a few days. Please note that some country areas are depot only service and in some remote areas we cannot deliver.

All customer delivery requirements including contact phone numbers must be up to date at time of checkout (This is the sole responsibility of the customer). Cyrus Persian Carpets & Rugs under no circumstances alters customer addresses via email or any other method. (This is a security measure enforced to protect all our customers against possible theft). We offer free transport insurance to protect all buyers against possible loss or damage during the transportation of this item. Any costs incurred for courier re-direction will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Deliveries are sent via our nominated couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. A street address for delivery is required as our nominated courier companies do not deliver to PO BOX addresses because of signature requirements. As soon as couriers deliver to your nominated street address during business hours. If nobody is home, they leave a calling card for you to call them and make delivery arrangements.
Please note if you request your purchased items to be left outside your place (thus asking us to give the courier “authority to leave”) we cannot give these instructions to the couriers ourselves because of signature requirements to confirm purchased items have been received/delivered. However, is you wish to give authority to leave to the couriers/transport company you can do so at your own risk thus you will be responsible for the rug once the courier has delivered it to the place that you both agreed upon. (that includes theft of items left unattended)
International orders incur additional freight charges. For deliveries outside of Australia please contact us for a quote at email@example.com.
ONLINE PURCHASES RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We appreciate your purchase and your satisfaction in our service criteria. If you are not satisfied with your selection for any reason, you may return your purchased item in its original packaging and condition within 7 days from the time of receipt. Arranging delivery and all of its associate cost on returns is the responsibility of the customer.
For returns contact us on (07) 55273 899 and obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). You must obtain a RAN number within 7 days of receiving your purchased item so as to ensure that you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Send your item to the return address provided. Please ensure that your RAN number is clearly displayed on the return packaging.
Upon receiving the items in its original condition we’ll issue a refund minus our original shipping cost associated with sending the item(s) to you. (If you like to know these fees prior to purchasing please call (07) 55273 899 (Monday to Saturday during business hours)
