Order your rugs by phone:
Once you"ve selected the rugs you want to purchase you can call our helpdesk to make your order. Call (07) 5527 3899 Monday - Saturday 9am to 5pm. It would be helpful to have the product description available upon order.
Order your rugs online:
Ordering your rugs online is safe and easy; our secure server encryption technology protects your credit card and personal information. You may start your order by signing in on our website and following the login prompt online. Once the order has been sent, you will immediately receive an email confirming your order details. Within 24 hours you will receive further correspondence with details of your payment confirmation, receipt and delivery schedule.
You will be able to track your order by accessing your account at anytime. If you require any details you are always welcome to contact our helpdesk during business hours.
Delivering your order
Cyrus Persian Carpets delivers anywhere in Australia with Fastway as our preferred courier service. Transit times are available directly from our carriers or by contacting us. To view delivery prices, view our shopping basket. Price is based on dimension and distance only. If your products gets damaged as a result of the delivery process of if there is any manufacturing defects, it will be replaced by the company.
Delivering in Australia:
Delivery orders in Australia are dispatched within 7 working days from the time of order. Your approximate delivery time will be displayed either online during checkout, via confirmation email or by logging in. The estimated delivery times are business days (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays. Your order will be delivered to the provided address on your order, if the receiver is absent during the time of delivery it will be returned to the delivery courier centre for re-scheduling.

Payments Methods:
We accept all major credit cards or direct bank deposits. Secure Payment: You can pay for your order securely with credit or debit card through our secure server. All online transactions are secured by 128-bit encryption. At no point are anyone"s personal details shared or traded with any other organization. All payment details are safely removed from our records after order is being processed. Or alternatively payments can be processed over the phone. Contact us for further enquires.
Returns & Exchangers:
We appreciate your purchase and your satisfactionis our service criteria. If your rug is defective or if you are not satisfied with your selection for any reason, you may exchange your purchase within 7 days, delivery costs on returns is the responsibility of the customer. Products that show signs of use will not be exchanged or refunded.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to correctly represent our rugs colours and patterns as the originals, however, due to variances in screen technologies and photo reproduction, we cannot guarantee that it will always be accurately reproduced, the original products may vary slightly.
